Mon expérience dans cet hôpital a été fantastique. L'hôpital est très propre. Mes remerciements vont au docteur Dalia qui est venu me voir quand j'étais dans le service. L'infirmière bénie s'est assurée que je reçois tout le traitement correctement, toute la nuit en vérifiant mon goutte-à-goutte et en me donnant des médicaments pour réduire la douleur... et la femme de ménage du Kenya, elle nettoyait ma chambre de temps en temps juste pour me faire sentir Je suis dans un endroit hygiénique.

J'ai été opéré dans cet hôpital dans le bâtiment le plus récent. C'était propre et neuf et le personnel était très serviable, poli et excellent pour répondre à mes besoins après les soins. Je donne 4 étoiles parce que le bâtiment était neuf et qu'il y avait du forage dans l'aile des patients hospitalisés lorsque les gens se reposaient d'une opération chirurgicale majeure. De plus, j'ai eu un problème avec une exigence alimentaire qui a été résolue avec des excuses sincères de tous les membres du personnel impliqués. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour et un excellent établissement.

DR Karla est la meilleure physiothérapeute que j'aie jamais rencontrée de ma vie. Je souffre du dos depuis des décennies et personne n'a jamais résolu mon problème jusqu'à ce que je rencontre Karla. Elle s'est concentrée sur le travail sur certaines cicatrices que j'avais d'une intervention chirurgicale effectuée il y a 52 ans et maintenant, jour après jour, cela a amélioré ma qualité de vie et mon mal de dos est guéri à 90% et j'ai pu refaire du sport après tant d'années. Merci Karla.

J'ai dû subir une intervention chirurgicale avec le Dr Wail Ahmad et tout ce que je peux dire, c'est qu'il était fantastique. Je remercie de tout mon cœur qu'il ait étudié ce métier car il était prêt pour moi quand j'avais le plus besoin de lui.De tout mon coeur j'espère ne plus le revoir mais s'il le fallait je reviendrais vers lui car je sais qu'il serait extraordinaire.Si vous voulez le meilleur, il est le bon à tous égards, un médecin professionnel et talentueux dans son domaine.Merci encore docteur, vous serez toujours dans ma tête.Cinq étoiles c'est trop peu, je lui donne un milliard.

Je visite des médecins et je fais ma physiothérapie avec Karla depuis l'année dernière. Super organisé. Service efficace. Et Karla comprend comment débloquer la douleur. Merci beaucoup une si belle équipe là-bas.

Bel hôpital, il y a un médecin pendant 24 heures aux urgences. C'est la première fois que je suis hospitalisé en urgence. Les médecins et les autres membres du personnel ont pris soin de moi. Ils m'ont traité comme une célébrité. Merci les gars de m'aider dans le temps moyen👌👌👌👌

Le Dr Mina est génial. Très arrangeant et fortement recommandé. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer les choses en détail, mais prend les choses très au sérieux lorsqu'il s'agit de vous aider à améliorer votre santé.

J'y suis allé la semaine dernière pour mon examen médical canadien. Du personnel de sécurité à la dernière personne que j'ai rencontrée était très gentil avec moi et m'aidait. J'ai terminé la procédure en près de 2 heures. Le docteur M. Prasad était super cool et celui en ophtalmologie (désolé, j'ai oublié son nom) aidait vraiment beaucoup.

Several staff (front desk and pharmacy) are not wearing their Covid-19 masks correctly. More generally, they are always happy to prescribe and do more than you need in terms of researches. The nurses do not give me the agreed reminders for my repeat prescriptions. You get very little time with the doctors.

Amazing service and amazing team of doctors.Recently went to DLC for a nasty ear infection and both Dr Barbara and Dr Sasha were some of the best Drs I've seen in Dubai. Very kind, super professional and caring. Dr Sasha himself gave me a follow up call checking on me a few days after my visit, which is something that is not commin in Dubai.Highly highly recommend them

I Owe my life to Dr Ayham Fallouh , the fact that he changed my life in less than 48 hours is an under statement to the work he did in that short amount of time. For 26 year I've suffered from the same symptoms shortness of breathe, asthma and so much of my energy was invested just to take a breathe. He told me I would be reborn again, frankly I underestimate the effectiveness of the surgery. Today I can officially say I took my first breathe ever I am reborn again, I can take a deep breathe with out the pain nor the effort that used to come with every breathe. Dr. Ayham Fallouh I can't thank you enough for changing my life.

Do not use for COVID 19 test on Emirates flights! I missed my flight! Only sent SMS to confirm negative. Took a further 24 hours and 3 calls to get an email after the SMS. First two calls I was promised the results would be sent that day. Missed my flight! Terrible service and will cost you more money. No apology and no explanation why the email was sent 24 hours after the SMS.

Walked in at midnight for a prescribed injection and was the only person in the waiting area. After 20 minutes, In was still sitting waiting, then I see the receptionist giving my file to the security (!!! Where is the patient privacy? Why is secuity handling a patient file?). Security reading my file while walking, took it to the nurse and since nothing was still happening, I decided to leave, because it was becoming ridiculous. So, I told the reception and left. In 5 minutes I get a call from from the nurse asking if I'm still there and justifying the absense of communication by the fact that there was a paperwork of some patients with xyz symptoms/diagnosis they were busy with (once again, why is she telling me anything about other patients?). If every single person in the clinic is way too busy to even acknowledge your presence, what are you supposed to do? Wait an hour for 30 second injection? London Clinic used to be my place to go, but never again. Very unprofessional.

Had a surgery in the hospital. In 2 days nobody came to take out the garbage from the room. Had 3 big bags from Starbucks placed near the garbage bin, no one bothered to take it out. I also asked for it. Didn't see a cleaner to come and clean around the room. My husband spent the night on some half couch, no one asked if he needed a pillow nor blanket... He used a bathroom towel to sleep on it as a pillow. At this point I won't talk about the doctors, but I was received nicely and with care at ER at 2 am. I really don't understand what is so special about this hospital, many hospitals around with better care and facilities.

Dr Luis is the only TMJ specialist I’ve visited that could quickly evaluate my condition and propose the treatment plan. He explained to me clearly the plan and the steps needed to resolve my TMJ problem.I had a locked jaw for many years, and with the exercises, the new dental device, and the surgical procedure he managed to help me open my jaw again. I can finally eat properly and open my jaw without restrictions. I highly recommend Dr Luis to anyone suffering from TMJ and jaw problems.

After some time dealing with dental problems I meet Dr. Luis Gavin who right away pointed that my problem was in my jaw. He explain to me my problem and all the process in detail, suggesting me a treatment. I was given a mild sedation anesthesia and the process was painless, quick and very profesional handled by Dr. Luis Gavin and his team.I found him very approachable and with a high level of expertise. After my experience I would like to recommend Dr. Luis Gavin.

I had a Ganglia Cyst for 8 month and was visiting several doctors until I met one in the DLC who made me comfortable enough to remove it. The consultation and surgery was smooth and very professional. No waiting time, no long procedures and super friendly staff. I felt and still feel very looked after. I would defiantly recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.

Nice clinic with smooth check in procedure. The doctors listen to the problem and explains the situation clearly. Waiting time for each appointment varies from time to time, but overall not too bad.There are vending machines for hot drinks.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Dr Mina is always friendly and smiling and the reception team are quick! DLC is one clinic you should go to if you have a problem.we have been living in Dubai for 8 years and we just keep coming back because the staff are friendly and helpful:). Keep it up
